Work

Forming the foundation for our company is the work done by our employees. All work done in the company must be valuable, meaningful, and productive. Work activity is based on entrepreneurship, and everyone should have the opportunity and ability to do the job well.

Honesty

All operations in the company must be based on honesty. This applies to relations with customers, principals, other co-operation partners, and staff. By honesty, we refer to operation that is reliable, fair, equitable, predictable, and open.

Humanity

Our company can be successful only if our employees succeed. Our employees are equal human beings regardless of their status. We care for and about our employees, and we believe in their potential and development.
